In the development of Ostendis, we deliberately refrain from integrating processes that have the goal of letting the computer make decisions instead of a human.

We leave the automated pre-selection or even rejection of applications by computer to other e-recruiting systems. The risk is too great that the computer will make the wrong decision and you will lose a potential employee in the application process.
