The competition is organized by: Ostendis AG, Aarauerstrasse 46, 5706 Boniswil, Switzerland.

2. participation

• All persons resident in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
• Employees of Ostendis AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• Participation takes place by completing the entry form at the HR Festival.

3. participation period

The competition starts on March 25, 2025 at 09:00 and ends on March 26, 2025 at 17:00 with the end of the HR Festival.

4. profit

• You can win a voucher from MrBrunch worth CHF 300.00 for a brunch.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
• Any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, additional consumption or delivery) are to be borne by the winner.

5 Determination of profits and notification

• The winner will be chosen at random.
• You will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

6. data protection and advertising use

• The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used to run the competition.
• By taking part in the competition and accepting the conditions of participation, participants consent to Ostendis AG informing them about products and services by e-mail or telephone. This consent can be revoked at any time.
• The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the transfer of the prize.

7. premature termination of the competition

Ostendis AG reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time for good cause, in particular in the event of force majeure or technical problems that prevent it from being carried out properly.

8. disclaimer

Ostendis AG is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

9. legal process

Legal recourse is excluded.

10. severability clause

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

By taking part in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
